The purpose of Red Kite RE is to provide a dedicated and trusted client-side service to achieve strategic real estate ambitions, create opportunities and unlock value.
People
Simon is a principal director in Red Kite RE and brings over 25 years’ of commercial real estate experience, with a client-side track record primarily in the asset management of some of Central London’s most iconic office buildings and estates, with an aggregate AUM in excess of £7bn AUM. Simon also brings UK multi-sector asset management experience to include student, living, retail and data centre asset classes.
The story of Red Kite is born out of this professional journey, and the breadth of experience Simon brings to his work.
Simon is an undergraduate alumni from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, holds a Masters (MSc) in Estate Management from Reading University and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) No. 1135439.
